Tax Refund Eligibility:

1.Eligible Persons: Foreign visitors and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macau,and Taiwan

2.Residency Requirement: Must not have resided in Mainland China for morethan 183 days

3.Minimum Purchase: The total amount of tax-free goods purchased on thesame day at the same tax refund store must reach 200 RMB

Additional requirements for Instant Tax Refund Service:

1.Departure Period: Passengers who enjoy the privilege of immediate refundupon purchase must depart from the Nanjing Lukou International Airportwithin 17 days as of the date of issuing the tax refund form

2.During the pilot period, the tax refund amount for a single transaction shallnot exceed 20,000 RMB

Tax Refund Process:

1.Purchase: Buy tax-free goods at tax refund stores within Suzhou Village, thengo to Welcome Center to request a general VAT invoice and the "ApplicationForm for Overseas Visitors"

2. Apply: Visit the instant tax refund service center at the Welcome Center inSuzhou Village to complete the necessary procedures3.Receive Refund: After completing the tax refund procedures, overseas visitorscan choose to receive the refund immediately

1.After enjoying the Instant Tax Refund Service upon purchase, passengersmust go through the Customs Inspection and submit the original tax refundmaterials to the tax refund counter before departing the country.lf passengersfail to submit the materials as required or the materials are not qualified, thecredit cards of the passengers will be subject to recovery procedures.

2.The tax refund is 9% of the purchase amount.3.lf the "'lnstant Tax Refund Service" has not been applied for, overseas touristscan also go to the departure airport to handle the tax refund for departure.
