In the autumn of 2018, Cafe Mersey originated from the library of  Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The word Mersey is from "Ferry 'Cross the Mersey". For many years, just like the lyrics "Cause this land's the place I love, And here I'll stay and here I'll stay", from the first store to the tenth one, we have been keeping doing our favorite things in the place we love, selecting high-quality ingredients for reasonable matching with the healthiest cooking method, and persisting on providing customers with healthy baking, special coffee, fresh juice and energy light meals.
