The VIP Lounge is open from 10 am to 7 pm; opening hours may be subject to change in line with Shanghai Village or Suzhou Village policy. Reservations will be accepted until the lounge reaches maximum capacity. Yizun members can access the VIP Lounge, along with the same number of guests requested on their reservation, by presenting their personal membership card. The lounge can be used for up to 2 hours per reservation. To ensure you enjoy the best possible VIP Lounge experience, staff from Shanghai Village or Suzhou Village will contact you to verify your reservation. Please note that your VIP Lounge reservation constitutes your acceptance of the Management Rules of Shanghai Village and its VIP Lounge, and your acceptance to abide by the requirements and guidance of the employees at Shanghai Village and Suzhou Village.
